I took my vehicle to this workshop in July due to a rough noise while in neutral. Arno removed 1st and 2nd gear and replaced the bearings. During the process, 5th gear was damaged — this was not disclosed to me. Shortly after collecting the vehicle, I broke down and had to be towed back at 11pm. The gearbox was then “repaired,” but the condition was worse than before. On the third attempt, I was told another gearbox had been sourced. I was informed it was rebuilt and fitted, however it was not installed correctly. The gearbox leaked oil onto a clutch that was less than one year old, and the oil level was overfilled. I was promised a partial refund to cover some of the damages. The vehicle was also returned in an unacceptable condition: • Battery box removed • Air filter cover not refitted (left loose in the engine bay) • Air intake pipe damaged • Control arms replaced with mismatched bushes (one new, one old) I had to return multiple times for issues directly linked to workmanship and quality control. The overall experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. In addition, when I collected my vehicle, I found a bottle of alcohol and a bubble tea left inside the car. When I raised this, I was told they had no knowledge of it. This further raised concerns for me regarding professionalism and vehicle handling. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this workshop. This experience caused unnecessary stress, additional costs, and safety concerns. I expected professional workmanship but unfortunately did not receive it.
